Paver Patio with Pavilion & Retaining Wall

About This Project

This project began with the removal of an outdated deck, opening the opportunity to completely reimagine the backyard. The new design centers around a custom paver patio framed with a bluestone border, creating a clean and timeless foundation. Natural bluestone treads guide movement through subtle elevation changes, while a retaining wall adds both structure and visual definition to the space. A freestanding pavilion anchors the layout, providing shade and extending usability throughout the seasons. Finished with white aluminum railing, the space maintains a bright and refined aesthetic. The result is a cohesive outdoor environment that transforms a previously underutilized yard into a welcoming and functional retreat.
