About This Project

This new construction home in Quakertown had a backyard that started as a blank slate with only grass. The goal was to create a more complete and usable outdoor living area that connected the second-floor access point to a lower-level patio space. The project includes a two-level Deckorators composite deck with aluminum railing, white PVC fascia, and horizontal decking board skirting for a clean, finished appearance. The second-floor deck creates an elevated outdoor area, while the lower level connects naturally to a Cambridge paver patio. At ground level, the paver patio expands the usable living space and creates room for seating, dining, and entertaining. A seating wall adds structure, function, and a more custom-built feel to the patio area.
